Frequently asked questions

For day events (without lodging), the hacienda holds up to 100 people in the outdoor spaces. For activities in the indoor halls, capacity ranges from 40 to 50 people per space.
For groups under 20 people, ask our client team about our special packages. We put together a tailored proposal for small groups so your team can still have the full hacienda experience.
Prices are per person, plus VAT, and apply to groups of 20 people minimum. The Full Day is $3,500 MXN per person and the Overnight Retreat is $4,500 MXN per person. Even though we quote per person, the hacienda is reserved exclusively for your group, and the price already includes the 4 facilitated activities, meals, coffee break and full service.
For now, lodging is limited to 24 guests across the hacienda's 7 rooms. If your group is larger, we can run the day event for everyone and reserve lodging for part of the team. We're working on expanding lodging capacity soon.
Food and beverage service is run by the hacienda team and is part of the experience, so outside food is not permitted. For special menu or beverage requests, just ask when you request your quote.
Hacienda Cerro Prieto is in Mexquitic de Carmona, 45 km (28 mi) from the city of San Luis Potosí and roughly 40 km (25 mi) from SLP International Airport. Far enough to disconnect, close enough that you don't lose the day traveling.
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks ahead for weekdays and 4–6 weeks for weekends. Availability is limited because we host only one group at a time.
